Lane Bryant Development, Inc was established in 2005 by David Bryant Crawford. David is a native of North Fort Myers who grew up in the construction industry. After 15 years with a local home builder/engineering firm, David decided to venture out on his own.

We are a licensed Florida Building Contractor rated by our customers. Our employees have over 30 years of combined experience. Lane Bryant Development, Inc. is committed to providing value to our customers and delivering quality work! We specialize in a wide variety of tasks in both the residential and commerical markets, serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and LaBelle. While stamped concrete is not our forte, we can provide a smooth or brush surface finish on patios, driveways, steps and floors.   We also are well known for being a Framing, Concrete, Garage and General Contractor.
